Leadership Team
Nadège Tollari
President & CEO
Nadège Tollari, Geo., Ph.D., is a respected leader in mineral resources with a strong commitment to sustainable development.
At NG2 Inc., she brings a wealth of industry experience and academic know-how. Nadège earned her Ph.D. in mineral resources from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi in 2008 and is a proud member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec.
Starting as an administrative assistant at Services Immobilier Image 2000, Nadège’s love for geology and sustainability led her to important roles in the mining sector. She worked as a geologist in corporate affairs, vice-president of research and development, and project analyst coordinator at Arianne Phosphate Inc. and Mine Arnaud.
In 2015, Nadège jumped into Gestenv as a Project Manager. Showing her dedication to growth and fulfilling her entrepreneurial dream, she acquired the company in 2018, strengthening NG2 Inc.’s position in environmental testing. Nadège Tollari continues to shape the industry with her forward-thinking leadership and commitment to eco-friendly solutions.
Pierre Ambadiang
Vice-President and Director of Environment and Sustainable Development
Pierre Ambadiang, a Geologist and active member (#1763) of the Ordre des Géologues du Québec, joined Gestenv NG2 in 2021 as the Senior Director of Environment. Over the years, he has ascended through various pivotal roles within the company, including Director of Environment and Sustainable Development, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Environment and Sustainable Development.
With a robust background in the field, Pierre has occupied significant roles such as Senior Director, Project Manager in Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering at GIE INC. and DEC ENVIRO, and Supervisor of Geo-environmental Operations at Groupe ABS.
Throughout his career, Pierre has demonstrated a dedication to continuous learning, culminating in the completion of a course in the rehabilitation of contaminated sites from October 2013 to December 2014. With a decade-long track record in the industry, Pierre Ambadiang brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic skill set to his influential role at GESTENV NG2 INC.
